Combining Contests

Combine Contests (/admin/combine-contests) merges two contests in the same division into one, for when a smaller area contest needs to fold into another. It's available to Coordinators and Division Directors.

1. Choose the contest to keep.
2. Choose the contest to merge — only contests in the same division as the one you're keeping are offered.
3. Select Preview to see what will move.
4. Confirm to combine.

Combining moves every helper, contestant, file, and briefing from the merged contest onto the one you kept, then deletes the merged contest. This is destructive and can't be undone — review the preview carefully before confirming.
