Managing Clubs

Clubs (/clubs) is Coordinator-only. It's a cleanup tool for the imported club list, not a place to add clubs by hand.

Filtering

Search by name or number, or filter to clubs that still need a number assigned, or clubs with no area assigned.

Assigning a number

A club imported without a number shows an input to add one. Numbers must be unique district-wide.

Assigning an area

Pick an area from the dropdown to assign a club to it, or clear it back to unassigned.

Merging duplicate clubs

Tick the clubs that are really the same club, choose which one to keep, and merge. Everything tied to the merged-away clubs — helpers, contestants, file conflict checks — moves onto the one you kept, and the duplicates are removed. This can't be undone, so double-check the selection before merging.
