TMContest Test

District Judges Dashboard

The District Judges Dashboard (/judges) is a district-wide view across every contest you're permitted to manage judges for. It's a separate page from a single contest's Judges tab — use it when you're staffing judges across multiple contests at once rather than one at a time.

For each contest it shows the date, current Contest Chief Judge (CCJ), and how many Contest Judges (CJ) are signed up so far.

Inviting a judge or chief judge

  1. Enter the person's name and email.
  2. Pick the contest.
  3. Choose the role: Judge (CJ) or Chief Judge (CCJ).
  4. Optionally attach their club — this is what club-conflict checking uses.
  5. Select Invite.

Only a District Chief Judge (DCJ) can seat a Contest Chief Judge. Everyone else on this dashboard can only invite Contest Judges.

Club conflicts

If the person's club is in the same division as the contest, you'll see a warning instead of an immediate invite. Review it, then Override and send if you still want to proceed — this is a warning, not a hard block, and gets recorded against the invitation.
