People & Roles

People & Roles (/people) is where district-wide director roles are granted. Any director can reach it, but you can only invite and manage roles within your own scope — a Coordinator can grant anything, an Area or Division Director is limited to matching scopes they hold.

Inviting a director

Enter their email, pick the role — Coordinator, Division Director, or Area Director — and pick the matching scope (a Coordinator is district-wide, a Division Director picks a division, an Area Director picks an area). The role and scope type have to match; you can't invite a Division Director scoped to an area.

Managing existing role assignments

The page lists every role assignment you're permitted to manage. From there you can:

• Revoke a role.
• Toggle the District Chief Judge (DCJ) label on a Coordinator's district-level assignment — Coordinator-only, and only meaningful on that specific combination.

Pending invitations

Outstanding invitations you're permitted to manage are listed too. You can revoke one, or regenerate it (issues a fresh link and invalidates the old one).

Password resets

Coordinators can issue a password reset link for any user from this page.
